I hate to say it but I've gotta agree with Cahill on this one. Vince will not be a bust, no way no how. He's too big a play maker. *edit* avvy's too overused though.

He looked impressive against USC only because of all the arm tackles that they tried throwing at him. Vince isn't illusive enough to make plays in the pro game like he did in college. Mark my words... Vince Young will never win a super bowl, and will never be in the top 10 in passer rating.

If he is drafted by a team that will sit him for a year or two like tennessee, to let him be mentored and developed, he will be great. McNair is already good friends with VY, and with Norm Chow as an OC, he can be tutored into an NFL system. However, If he is drafted by The Saints or Raiders, there is a chance he could be. They will most likely start him immediately, and he won't have a lot of time to adjust. Look at Qb's who sat a year before playing; Carson Palmer, Steve Mcnair. Now players who started right away: Joey Harrington, Kyle Boller, Ryan Leaf. Notice the trend Devescovo?

Mike Vick sat for a year, and look how that turned out, also, Rex Grossman sat, Kyle Boller did actually sit, i don't know what you're talking about. Chad Pennington sat... you're a joke. It depends more on the player then on the situation. Big Ben played right away, and he's pretty good, so did Peyton Manning and Dan Marino.

The fact that they are playing a wco isn't his fault. Grossman ain't bad is he? Boller sat half a year dan. Pennington was good until his sahoulder got all screwed up. Ben is a freak and so is Marino. But Manning threw 30+ ints season one. Also, Ryan Leaf played his first year.
